On Saturday, June 19th, 2022, many celebrities, and luminaries in the martial arts world were inducted into the prestigious Kung Fu & Karate Expo 16 & Masters of Martial Arts, 2022 at a formal gala at The Harrah’s Casino in Atlantic City, New Jersey.

This year international music and fashion celebrity icon Aaron Paul and Celebrity power couple Grand Master Tyrone Bullock and Jocelyn Nguyen were awarded a prestigious “Master Of The Martial Arts” award” by the Masters of Martial Arts Hall of Fame this weekend.

Aaron Paul, was awarded by the Masters of Martial Arts for his contribution and efforts supporting the martial arts worldwide community. Aaron’s work has included a re-make of the classic hit record Kung Fu Fighting originally recorded and released in 1974 by Carl Douglas. Aaron was invited to perform an acapella rendition of his recording to a delighted room of respected honorary members of the martial arts community. Who all participated and sang along enthusiastically.
Legendary and respected martial artist, stunt coordinator, and film director, Grand Master Tyrone Bullock and his wife, executive producer, fashion designer, and actress Jocelyn Nguyen were honored and recognized for their lifelong work and contribution to the martial arts community and martial arts film industry. Both are currently filming and starring in their production of the Dragon Squad the Gangs of New York movie, written by Master Bullock, and will be premiered in Times Square at the end of the year. The glamourous couple also served as official sponsors for this event and held a casting, looking for talented martial artists for their film project.

The annual event was founded and produced by 4th Generation Wing Chun Sifu Cliff Kupper of Yip Man and also a father of eight. Masters Of The Martial Arts, Hall Of Fame is recognized as one of very best martial arts events in the country. With more than 100 demonstrations, Seminars, Vendors, Celebs, Authors, Students, Friends, family all about Martial Arts. We put on a special show that only happens once a year. It’s all about friendship between the Kung Fu & Karate Masters in order to promote the Martial Arts Way. Kupper was also pleased to display and promote his brand-new published edition of his Martialist comic book.

The event opened with a beautiful and dramatic performance of an ancient traditional Chinese Lion Dance, performed by Sifu Bill Fong. That set the tone for a fun and entertaining evening celebrating and honoring the martial arts industry.
Eastern Sunrise Wellness Society, CHANG TAI DO Karate & Fitness and Dragon Entertainment all served as official sponsors of the event that handed out gold statue awards to deserving members of the martial arts community.
The night would not be complete without the presence of legendary martial arts film star Chi Ling Chiu. Who has appeared in many martial arts movies, including the very popular Kung Fu Hustle Always the life of any party, as he posed for photos and signed autographs for his fans.
Other guests & honorees included #DragonENT stars Jimmy Chu, Shandalor Barnes, Moyram Espino, Ghost Jasmine Carrillo and Sifu Jose Colon.
