To further deepen industry–university collaboration, promote the integration of research and education, and support high-quality employment for students, a delegation of 30 members from Henan Agricultural University visited Zhongyuan Science and Technology City on April 15 for the “Biomanufacturing Collaboration” enterprise visit and themed salon.
The delegation was led by Zou Songtao, Deputy Secretary of the University Party Committee and Chairman of the Labor Union, and included representatives from the United Front Work Department, the College of Life Sciences, and other affiliated members.
At 10:00 a.m., the delegation arrived at LSRPTR Institute. Accompanied by institute representatives, they toured the technology exhibition hall and gained insights into the institute’s latest achievements across four core technology areas: micro-electromechanical systems (MEMS) and lithography, optoelectronics and spectroscopy, high-power laser applications, and nuclear instrumentation.
During the visit, key products such as passive FTIR remote sensing systems and stepper lithography equipment were introduced in detail, with explanations of their technical features and application scenarios. The delegation expressed strong interest in the institute’s breakthroughs in the localization of high-end scientific instruments and engaged in in-depth discussions on R&D progress, technology transfer, and industrialization prospects.
Representatives of LSRPTR Institute emphasized that the institute remains committed to leveraging technological innovation to serve societal development. They expressed willingness to strengthen collaboration with universities to advance the integration of industry, academia, research, and application, and to jointly cultivate high-level talent for advanced equipment manufacturing and biomanufacturing industries.
This visit is an important part of Henan Agricultural University’s “Biomanufacturing Collaboration” enterprise engagement program. It not only broadened the technological perspectives of faculty and students but also strengthened the foundation for collaborative talent development between universities and enterprises, laying a solid groundwork for deeper and broader cooperation in the future.
